By accessing or using the services provided by Richorcas, LLC ("RichOrcas," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
RichOrcas provides web development, website maintenance, marketing strategy, and related digital growth services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal between you and RichOrcas.
You agree to provide accurate and timely information, materials, and access required for us to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of any materials you supply and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.
Fees for services are described on our pricing page or in your service agreement. Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. One-time packages and à la carte services are billed as agreed. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the final website or deliverables created specifically for you will transfer to you, excluding any third-party materials, plugins, or licensed components. RichOrcas retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RichOrcas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising out of or related to the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the prior three (3) months.
Either party may terminate a monthly engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date. We may suspend or terminate access to services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
